Making Connections and Saving Your Contacts' Information

To maximize the value of your participation at Spatec, you may wish to save contact information from connections you make at the event.

 

Important: Before you arrive at the event, create your Team

  1. Click here to log into the desktop application
  2. Toggle on to create a team, and enter a Team Name
  3. All connections you make after you have created a team will be available to export from the App
  4. Remember: there is no printed directory onsite

 

How to make a connection

  1. Click the Buyer or Supplier icon in the App dashboard and find the profile of the person you wish to connect with
  2. Click Show Interest
  3. Once the person accepts your invitation, you will have access to his/her profile information, and it will be available to export from the App
  4. PRO TIP: Follow these steps to connect at the beginning of each of your 1:1 meetings. You will only be able to view and export profile information from the app if you have made a connection, even if you are matched in a 1:1 meeting. 

 

Exporting data 

  1. Click here to log into the desktop application
  2. If necessary: Toggle on to create a team, and enter a Team Name 
  3. Click My Team in the upper right
  4. Select Export from the top navigation bar, and choose your file type
  5. Your export will include your connections' email addresses and phone numbers, plus any additional information your contacts supplied in their app profiles
  6. You will have access to the Spatec App for 30 days after the show ends. Please export your contact data within this time frame.

 

You may update the information you share with your connections through your Profile, either through the mobile or desktop app.
